What is Lion's Mane, and how does it support brain health?
Lion's Mane is a functional mushroom known for supporting cognitive health, focus, and memory. It contains natural compounds that may help stimulate nerve growth factor (NGF), which supports brain function and mental clarity.
What are the immune benefits of Turkey Tail mushrooms?
Turkey Tail mushrooms are rich in antioxidants and polysaccharides that help support the immune system. Many people use Turkey Tail to promote gut health and help the body maintain strong natural defenses.
How does Reishi help with stress and sleep?

What is Cordyceps, and why is it popular for energy?
Cordyceps is known for supporting natural energy, stamina, and endurance. Many athletes and active individuals use Cordyceps to help improve oxygen utilization and overall performance.
How can I add medicinal mushrooms to my daily routine?
You can easily include mushrooms in your daily routine through tinctures, mushroom coffee alternatives, capsules, or fresh mushrooms. Many people add them to their morning coffee or take a tincture as part of a daily wellness ritual.
What does "dual-extracted" mean, and why does it matter?
Dual extraction uses both water and alcohol to pull out the full range of beneficial compounds in a mushroom. We dual-extract every tincture ourselves in small batches in Long Beach, with no fillers and no imported powders.

Can I choose which mushrooms come in the box?
Nope, but trust us, you'll love whatever we send your way. Our expert growers handpick the freshest, most flavorful mushrooms for you.
Do you deliver boxes?
Not at this time. Customers are responsible for picking up their orders at the designated pickup location and time.
How do I know when to pick up my box?
Your pickup date and location are on your order confirmation and reminder emails. Pickups are Saturday mornings from 8 to 10 am at our farm in Signal Hill.
What type of mushrooms are included?
It varies by season and availability. We aim for a diverse selection such as Lion's Mane, Piopinno oyster, Gold oyster, Pink oyster, Chestnuts, Shiitake and Maitake, plus the occasional rare or specialty mushroom when it's in season.
How often will I be billed, and can I cancel?
You're billed on a recurring basis for your chosen frequency: weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. You can change your frequency or cancel anytime from your account, with no fees.

Which products do you ship?
We ship our shelf-stable goods, tinctures, capsules, mushroom coffee and grow kits, across the U.S. Fresh mushrooms and subscription boxes are local pickup or farmers-market only, since they're best enjoyed fresh.
How much is shipping and how fast will it arrive?
Orders are made fresh and typically ship within a few business days, with tracking sent to your email. (Shipping rates and any free-shipping threshold are being finalized, full details coming soon. See our Shipping page.)
What's your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy on eligible items in their original, unused condition. Perishable goods like fresh mushrooms can't be returned. To start a return or report a damaged item, email us at longbeachmushrooms@gmail.com. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate it and make it right.
