How our mushrooms get to you, whether they ship to your door or you grab them fresh from the farm or a market.
What we ship
We ship our shelf-stable products, tinctures, Lion's Mane capsules, The Ritual mushroom coffee, and grow kits, across the United States. Orders are made fresh and typically leave our Long Beach farm within a few business days, with tracking emailed to you as soon as they're on the way.
Fresh mushrooms & subscriptions are local
Fresh mushrooms are best enjoyed close to the source, so we don't ship them. You can find fresh mushrooms two ways:
- Farmers markets across Southern California every week. See the lineup on our Where to Find Us page.
- Subscription boxes, which are pickup only at our Signal Hill farm on Saturday mornings from 8 to 10 am. More on the Subscribe page.
Shipping rates & times
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Final rates and any free-shipping threshold are being finalized; this section will be updated with exact details soon.
Returns & damaged orders
We have a 30-day return policy on eligible, unused items in their original packaging. Perishable goods like fresh mushrooms can't be returned. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away at longbeachmushrooms@gmail.com and we'll make it right. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
